Are really Marriages made in heaven?

Is it true that Marriages are made in heaven?  

May be or may not be?  The answer depends on many aspects.

Few decades before parents fix a marriage and bride or bridegroom had surprise element in the marriage built in.  They thought Exploring life without preset mind was enjoyable.
